Please change your perception where being a Takaful/insurance agent is a kinda "unsecured" because we are not getting paid a basic salary.
YOU ARE WRONG!!
Well if you are under employment,it is the most unsecured,your future are in your BOSS HAND.
And you are always be an employee.
Do you think by giving your 110% effort in your job will bring you 110% increment at the end of the year???
NO SUCH THING AS AN EMPLOYEE :p
And you Will be happy to take 10% or maybe less increment.. :(
TAKAFUL BUSINESS can bring you good income because no other companies willing to pay you 20K or 100K a month as autonomy employee.
HOW MUCH EFFORT IN EQUAL TO HOW MUCH $$$ YOU WILL GET???
